• Referrals to hospice care, home health, insurance, and caregiving services
• Guidance on Medi-Cal, VA benefits, and senior care costs

Our services are available to families and individuals in Orange County, California, and surrounding areas at our discretion.

3. Free Service & Compensation Disclosure

Our placement services are provided at no cost to families. We are compensated by senior care facilities only after a successful placement is made.

This compensation structure means:

• You will never be charged a fee for our consultation or placement services
• Our compensation comes from the facility your loved one ultimately chooses
• We are committed to making recommendations based on fit and quality, not compensation rates

We maintain relationships with a network of vetted facilities. While we strive to present the best options, our network does not include every facility in Orange County.

4. Your Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your loved one’s care needs
• Communicate promptly and respectfully with our team
• Not misrepresent your identity, relationship to the care recipient, or financial situation
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent, copy, or interfere with our website systems

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications on our contact or consultation forms, you agree to receive text messages from Graceful Guidance Senior Services related to your inquiry and our services.

• Message frequency varies based on your care placement process
• Message and data rates may apply

• Availability of beds or openings at recommended facilities
• Specific care outcomes or quality of care provided by third-party facilities
• Acceptance by any facility based on medical, financial, or other criteria

We act as an advisor and intermediary. The final placement decision and the care relationship is between your family and the chosen facility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graceful Guidance Senior Services, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Actions, negligence, or omissions by any third-party senior care facility
• Care quality, safety incidents, or outcomes at facilities we recommend
• Decisions made by families based on our advisory services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us, which in most cases is zero.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Graceful Guidance Senior Services and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

10. Third-Party Facilities & Services

We may refer you to or recommend third-party senior care facilities, insurance providers, hospice services, or home health agencies. These third parties operate independently and have their own terms, policies, and practices.

Graceful Guidance is not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of any third-party provider. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of any facility or service provider before entering into an agreement with them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
